The JY Burrito
Best burrito EVER! This is my go to everytime we eat at junkyard! I also like to add tator tots inside the burrito too! Sooo yummy! You really cant go wrong with anything they serve! We love junkyard and are customers for life!
BBQ Chicken Pizza
The Junkyard seriously has the best pizza in Simi Valley! The house made bbq sauce and pizza dough are so fresh and delicious (the bbq sauce should be sold in bottles)! This is our go-to meal at The Junkyard, although there are a number of other favorites also: junky monkey pancakes, lasagna, Mac n cheese, the burgers. And don't get me started on the fries!!! The best consistently good food you can get in town. Get to the Junkyard (or order takeout/delivery). You won't be sorry!!!
Tri-Tip Sandwich
Always a favorite of ours. Every time we have out of town friends, we recommend this meal. Without fail, everyone loves it. :)
Tapioca Pudding
This is the Tapioca of my childhood, only better. It's generously large (good to share) and smooth as baby's......well, you know. Creamy and no overly sweet. The bead are perfect sized, not too large and not too small. I was in heaven with this decadent treat that is like mom's only mom would want this recipe!
Junkyard Burger
Junkyard burger is always made perfectly and the meat blend Tony uses makes ye meat so tender! We get it on thr foccacia bread and it makes the perfect meal!
Holy Chip!
These chips were amazing! The perfect amount out bleu cheese, bacon, and other deliciousness. Chips were perfectly cooked and not greasy!
The Catch
I don't know how you do it!! So many delicious meals to choose from. Last night I ordered the catch and an apple martini. I grew up in Maine and am so used to fabulous seafood. Well the catch is right up there with my favorite, fresh Maine lobster. The fish was delish, especially the shrimp and your sauce, finger tips to sky, was lick the plate clean fabulous. Thank you, Junkyard Cafe, for making my birthday so memorable in this covid-19 year when everyday seems to blend together. And of course you filled Ted's vegan desires. He was very happy!

Memphis Style BBQ Tri-Tip Sandwich
Oh man, this sandwich is the bomb.com and gave me the closest feeling to spring/summer! Tasted just like I was outside having a BBQ with my friends. Highly HIGHLY recommend!
Pork Chops
Pork chop cook perfectly, veggies cooked wonderfully with great flavor. I had the Mac n cheese also great. Great down home dish
Big Pig Ham Slab (1 Lb)
Love the junkyard!! Been going for years. Ordering take out during the covid crisis, and the food was just as delicious to go!! Thank you Junkyard for serving Simi Valley even during these trying times! We really are in this together. Can't wait to be able to go back in for Saturday brunch with $2 bloody Mary's
Eggplant Parmesan Sandwich
Molto bene!!!! So good. This is my go to sandwich whenever I'm super hungry. Molto saporito!!!! Very tasty!!!!
Tapioca Pudding
The best homemade pudding you will ever eat! It was hard to pick one dish, but this is hands-down my FAVORITE! p.s. the Wedge Salad is great, so much flavor...LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Chicken Parmigiani
BEST RESTAURANT IN SIMI!!!!!! The most fun you can possibly have eating out! If you've never been there you need to experience it! The menu is the greatest read ever, don't know what I mean by that lol, "how can a menu be fun?" JUST GO AND FIND OUT AND THANK ME LATER!!
Steak & Eggs
I love steak and eggs and Junkyard makes one of the best. Always delicious and love their service. Great servers and happy to have Mark, the bartender, serve me up a drink. Family oriented restaurant
Holy Chip!
This sh*t is delicious! House made chips covered in good stuff - and I mean covered! It's a fantastic table sharing appetizer! If you're not a blue cheese person ranch is a delicious substitute though I've seen many not blue cheese people scarf these down as is!
Sweedish Meatballs
The junkyard has always been my favorite place in the Simi area, but after reading your care and safety of the Covid crisis I'm an even bigger fan. You guys get it!! Thank you for that. Now, the Swedish meatballs. To die for!!! I would say the absolute best I've ever had and we go to Swedish meatball festivals every year:) Next best thing is the cotton candy lemonade. Thank you junk yard. You are the best!
Onion Rings
The onion rings are always hot, crispy, and ate never oily. Junkyard onion rings are some of the best in Simi Valley.

Mushroom Burger
Mushroom Burger and Jalapeño Fries make the BEST combo I've ever had!!! It was a long day, and I had that meal hit the spot better than anything has in awhile. Thanks for the quality food in these tough times, you guys are the best!
Chicken Parmigiani
Best I've ever had! The tomato sauce is fresh. The chicken is juicy and tender. A true chicken parm that isn't a thin piece of meat. Truly what you've been looking for!
Meatloaf
Delicious! My husband and my favorite dish. Never disappoints. The meatloaf is a very good portion and mashed potatoes perfect with an excellent helping of zucchini and the gravy is the best. Hope to see you all again soon!

Scampi
First time at this place and took a leap I normally wouldn't order seafood at a bar but oh damn glad I ddI! Pasta was cooked perfect shrink was so flavorful all I had to do was add a little Parmesan would get again
Grilled Salmon Steak
This was by far the best Salmon I have ever tasted! Junkyard doesn't disappoint!

Chicken Fried Steak
Amazing dinner. Vegetables were perfectly cooked, the steak was great, garlic potatoes are to die for. We also had the famous cinnamon roll - best we have ever had. Glad they are open during the crazyness.
Reuben Sandwich
I thought I had my JY fave until I tried this. Hands down THE BEST Reuben I've ever had. Everything about it was deliciously perfect, even how the bread was toasted. (I hate when it's so toasted that it scrapes your mouth. Nope. Not happening here.) If you're in the mood for an amazing sandwich this will not disappoint. Total. Reuben. Perfection.
